If positive thinking alone changed lives, everyone would and could do it.

But the truth is that it’s not JUST thinking positively about something and wishing it to existence;

It’s about FEELING positively about it, too, consistently, that manifests it into reality.

But for most, this is where your subconscious rules/programs take over and no matter how hard you try, you can’t seem to do both sometimes.

You can think the happy thoughts, but you can’t feel the happy feelings. You don’t really know how to.

The “acting as if it’s done and on the way to you with absolute certainty” exercise?

Damn-near impossible, if you’re really honest with yourself.

And if you can sorta get there, feeling/vibe/energy-wise? Not sustainable.

You’ve had negative, self-defeating, and limiting thoughts for so long, that they mutated and became beliefs, which are now engrained in your cells.

And while repeating the opposite, happy thoughts might make you feel better at times, it isn’t enough to change the way you’ve already been programmed.

Those beliefs are on auto pilot now through your subconscious, and when you try to challenge them, they do whatever necessary, including use your own body against you to stop you from doing something unknown to that program.

That’s why when you decide with strong intention to make a change, you suddenly get sick, break a leg or find some other way to sabotage it – whether you realize it or not.

Yes, most of the things that happen to stop you so frequently from doing the things you say you’re gonna do is good ol’ fashioned self-sabotage, baby.

The world didn’t happen to you. You chose that.

So when you feel like you’ve done and tried it all, what do you do?

You end up focusing on not having it yet and/or all the reasons you still don’t have but gotta, NEEDTA, have it.

You keep forcing the happy thoughts, putting on the fake-it-till-you-make it mask.

And you are deflated along the way when you feel like you’re close at times, but still not there, year-after-year.

Your beliefs back all the negative thoughts that are reinforcing the LACK of having what you want.

How can you feel good about it, really?

Your at war with yourself and you don’t even know it.

And how can you NOT feel like giving up at times when your results continue to equal even more LACK of it?

You get what you focus on –

and even though you’ve been trying to think and speak positively, your beliefs draw your thoughts and emotions AWAY from what you say you want –

So your focus is really on NOT having it, which only keeps you exactly there –

Without it and with no clue as to how to get it.
